The perfect gift for any mead drinker. This gift set includes a 70cl bottle of our Traditional Honey Mead, and a handmade Viking drinking horn presented beautifully in a high-quality gift box . The enclosed horn holds approx. 250-400ml and is polished to a rustic finish to give a more authentic feel, and as with all of our horns, it is lined with food-graded beeswax.

Traditional Honey Mead

Our signature traditional mead has been authentically made using just three core ingredients; honey, water and yeast. NO sweeteners, NO added sugar, NO artificial flavourings and NO white wine bases here - 100% REAL MEAD.

Great mead requires great core ingredients and this is why we cut no corners and spared no expense when producing our traditional mead. Made using 100% Spring Flower Honey from local 3rd generation Beekeeper Pete Alanson and delicate natural spring water sourced from beneath Cheddar Gorge, this medium-sweet mead offers an unrivalled smoothness while delivering a rich honey flavour and complex depth. A mead so good we not only put our name on it, we made it.

Viking Drinking Horn

All our horn products are handmade in our Yorkshire-based workshop. Horns arrive in their completely natural state. We then sand, polish and line the inside of each individual piece with a food grade beeswax. Holds approx. 250 - 400 ml

The inside of the horn has been extensively cleaned and then lined using food-grade beeswax. We try to keep everything as authentic and organic as possible, which is why we opt for a deodorized beeswax lining rather than a polyurethane one. Because we use natural wax, the horn isn't suitable for hot drinks. All drinking horns and mugs come with a set of care instructions.

These horns are made to order and are completely natural items, so they may different from the product pictures. If you have a preferred colour horn, please leave a message with your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

All our horn products are completely handmade in our Yorkshire-based workshop, so please be aware there is a production time of up to 4 weeks once the order has been placed. 

Due to new restrictions we can only send 2 bottles of mead per parcel outside of the UK. Please keep this in mind if you are shipping multiple bottles to the EU as custom fees will be charged.
