This traditional mead has been produced by Hive Mind Meadery, a small UK-based meadery specializing in small-batch mead. From the hills, meadows, hedgerows and woodlands of the Wye Valley. A celebration of the years harvest in a bottle. Using three types of honey from 3 regions of the Wye Valley to create a balanced mead, medium sweet and bursting with the flavour of pure honey.

"A full on floral blossom honey aroma. A lovely complexity to this mead - well balanced throughout with woody and toasted notes and a soft sweetness rolling in to a soft lemony acidity with a long finish. Altogether beautifully crafted and thoroughly enjoyable."

We aim to ship in stock items within 2 working days. Custom or handmade items do have a production time, please check the item description for these.
