This sparkling blackberry mead is perfectly represented by the mythical Blodeuwedd - an untouchable beauty created by magic. This 5% abv drink with its sparkling blackberries is balanced with beautiful honey.

Produced by Afon Mêl who are a UK based mead producer. They brew their mead in small batches and it is fermented at ambient temperatures during the summer months before maturing in casks. The process takes at least 2 years which results in the mead having a smooth, mature, full bodied flavour.
