Batch 8 of Hive Mind's Small Batch Series: Cherry On Top is a bright, fruity, and indulgent sparkling mead on a classic flavour.
Crafted with tart cherry juice, and almond extract (nut free), and of course lots of delicious honey, this small batch mead captures the essence of a traditional Cherry Bakewell tart in a crisp, sparkling drink. Expect rich cherry notes, mellow honeyed sweetness, and a subtle almond warmth, all balanced with a clean, refreshing finish.
