Black Phillip by Apothecary Mead is a Bochet, which is a caramelised honey Mead. decorated to nod to cult folk horror, Black Phillip is a deep, dark brew with a bonfire toffee profile. Fermented over Moroccan Fig, orange zest and whole Madagascan vanilla pods, finished over charred bourbon whiskey barrel oak to give a smoky finish.
Excellent served from a tumbler at room temperature or warmer.

We aim to ship in stock items within 2 working days. Custom or handmade items do have a production time, please check the item description for these.
