Rum Barrel Aged Mead
Set sail on a voyage of flavour with this Rum Aged Traditional Mead, a treasure worth the adventure. Brewed on 100% honey and aged to perfection using oak rum barrels, this bold but smooth mead captures the spirit of the golden age of seafaring. With rich notes of oak, vanilla, and spices from distant shores, the rum blends with the golden sweetness of honey to create a drink to warm the heart of the most fearsome pirate.
Whiskey Barrel Aged Mead
Setting some of their award-winning traditional mead aside to age in Oak whiskey barrels, Wye Valley Meadery has created a wondrously dark, deep, woody celebration of the best parts of oak and honey. This mead is layered with natural vanillin's from the oak barrel with undertones of whiskey that used to call it home, beautifully balanced with their delicious late summer honey.
