The blade has been hand-forged using carbon steel to achieve the straight-back seax shape associated with the Vikings. The handle has been hand-crafted from walnut and bone with a brass cap. The whole seax has been finished with our signature blade balm, which helps protect, aids in grip, and brings out the wood's natural grain.
