Crafted with caramelised honey, strawberry juice, and creamy lactose, this gently sparkling mead offers a decadent, multi-layered experience reminiscent of a rich, indulgent cheesecake. It blends velvety sweetness and tart strawberry notes, beautifully balanced and smooth.

Bochet? (Pronounced boh-shay) This is the name for a mead made from caramelised honey. This process of gently heating the honey makes a darker, toffee-tasting honey layered with a rich, buttery sweetness.
